2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Pricing and Stock Availability: All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change without notice. Items in your shopping cart reflect the current price; placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price or the stock. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from incorrect pricing or out-of-stock items.

4. Orders, Payments, and Billing

Order Acceptance: Receipts of order confirmations do not signify our absolute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason (e.g., lack of stock, unverified payment details).

Taxation: As a VAT-registered business (VAT: 600246271), applicable taxes will be added and clearly detailed on your final invoice in compliance with the Government of Nepal's tax regulations.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through mobile banking as well as Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to our discretion.

5. Mobile & Watch Repair Services

For customers utilizing our "Watch Service" or mobile repair facilities:

Diagnosis & Estimates: Any initial estimates given online or over the phone are preliminary. A final quote will be issued after physical inspection of the device.

Data Backup: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to back up all data, software, and information before handing over a device for mobile repair. Ghimire Mobiles will not be liable for data loss during repair or servicing.

Unclaimed Items: Devices or watches left unclaimed for more than 90 days after service completion notifications may be disposed of or sold to recover repair and storage costs.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purposes or activities that harm the Site or its infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Attempting unauthorized access to our servers or customer databases.
• Impersonating another person or business entity.
• Posting fraudulent reviews or misleading information.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
